Okay, his parents of "Pakistani" origin. So his parents were Pakistanis here for some reason in the United States when he was born. This person is American because of the US Supreme Court Ruling, Wong Kim Ark, that forced the granting of US citizenship against the will of the people of the United States, our Government and our Constitution to children born in the United States to foreign immigrant parents.
