TERMINATOR 2: JUDGMENT DAY (1991)
In 2029 Skynet sends a T-1000 Terminator back to 1995 to kill future resistance leader John Connor. The resistance sends a reprogrammed T-800 Terminator to protect him. Sarah Connor is incarcerated in a hospital for trying to prevent 'Judgment Day' prophesied for August 29, 1997, when Skynet gains sentience and incites a nuclear holocaust.
