    The assault on Rural America.

There are a lot of videos and information at the link below

Government’s current forestry management policies for public lands are to remove people from the forests, prevent economic use of the timber (even of dead, fallen, or burned trees), and leave the forests totally unmanaged. Burned forests are not replenished with new plantings. The end result of these policies will be the destruction of America’s forests, timber industry, jobs, property, homes, and lives. It is, in fact, a scorched-earth policy. It is but one facet of the assault on Rural America.

Are you wondering about why life doesn’t seem to be the way it was 30-50 years ago (if you’re as old as me)? It was much simpler then. When I was young, my friends and I started a Koolaid stand and sold cups of the nectar to passersby. Now that’s not possible. In order to start a Koolaid stand today requires a permit (permission from the government agency), along with a fee; a business license (fee); and compliance with all kinds of rules and regulations – which ends of costing more than you would ever earn. The entrepreneurial spirit was alive and well in those “olden” days – not so anymore, sadly.

    What happened?

The method of governance has changed – so slowly in many cases that it has almost been unseen. But it has been changing. From the vision of our Founding Fathers – to the vision of Marx – slowly but surely, it’s been moving in a “new” direction.

There is an increase of different forms of governance emerging in the United States other than a constitutional republic, (i.e., governing by consensus; public/private partnerships) which adversely affects individual liberties as established by the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. These new tools of governance are moving us further into a socialist system we previously recognized as a danger to our freedom and something to be defended against. These changes centralize control over our lives, even though many here still value liberty and control over our own lives.

    Also

One that has (and is) catching the attention of the American individuals around the country is UN Agenda 21 – and its implementation at local levels, through ICLEI.

This website is dedicated to sharing information about how the change is taking place – and what people are doing to stem the tide.

Folks are learning about, and taking action, to have their cities and counties withdraw from ICLEI. Here are some of the success stories.

One facet of Agenda 21 that not many people are familiar with is the Wildlands Project. According to James Lampe in an article for Florida Political Press, “The Wildlands project (now called Wildlands Network and based in Florida) was first proposed by Earth First’s Dave Foreman, in 1991. The eco-socialists do not hide their intent: “The Wildlands Network is now spearheading an initiative to connect habitat along the length of eastern North America, from the Everglades of Florida…” One of the goals of the Wildlands Project is to remove people from the land so that it can become a wilderness area. Frankly it sounds bizarre, but don’t make the mistake of believing it couldn’t happen. The government now owns 28% of Florida which amounts to 9.9 million acres. People are also losing their land in the deserts of California. It may not get press coverage or seem that important because some of the areas affected are remote, but it is very important to the people who are losing their homes and livelihoods. Rewilding is not really about preserving land or animals. It’s a gigantic scheme to confiscate and control 50% of our country and sadly the Wildlands Project is nowhere near completion.

Jerry Tillett joins us again to dicuss the filing of an IBLA against the Bureau of Land (mis)Management. While the courts fiddle, our wild horse herds are being unlawfully obliterated.

Jerry will also speak about the malfeasance of public officials and agencies and the cooperation of the courts to cover up or dismiss the acts against the public committed by public officials.
