That is awful. They should have called the cops and had her forcibly removed from the bus. Outrageous. She needs to be hunted down and charged with civil rights violations against the disabled under ADA.

Awful is right Judy. Awful and dispicable. I'm glad someone at least caught it on camera so this woman could be publicly shamed for what she did. I just feel bad that the disabled man had to wait for another bus because of her. All she had to do was move her lazy ass and sit somewhere else. What a despicable human being.

Totally despicable. Yes, he may have been late to work or missed an important appointment, like a doctor's appointment. Many many reasons THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! HUNT HER DOWN AND LOCK 'ER UP!

Give the video to the cops and they need to issue her a citation...just like if you park in a handicap spot.

I would have called 911 myself and got an officer dispatched.
