PDL Bloods Member Sentenced to More Than 22 Years for Conspiracy to Participate in a Racketeering Enterprise

Baltimore, Maryland — U.S. District Judge William D. Quarles, Jr. sentenced Antonio White, age 25, of Baltimore, today to 262 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release for conspiracy to participate in a racketeering enterprise related to his gang activities as a PDL Blood. Judge Quarles also found that White is a career criminal based on two previous narcotics convictions.

The sentence was announced by United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Rod J. Rosenstein, Baltimore City State’s Attorney Patricia C. Jessamy, Special Agent in Charge Theresa R. Stoop of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives – Baltimore Field Division and Baltimore Police Commissioner Frederick H. Bealefeld III.

On October 22, 2009, White was sentenced to 40 years in prison in Baltimore City Circuit Court after he pleaded guilty to second degree murder and use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence in an unrelated case. Today’s federal sentence is to be served concurrent to the state sentence.
