    Baltimore Gas & Electric is leading the way to electricity rationing, courtesy of President Obama.

    The utility announced to day that it filed with local regulators an application to install 2 million so-called “smart metersâ€

    So much for a free and independent country. This guy needs to be removed from office soooooooooooon. I refuse to let some coporation dictate to me when I can and can't use the electricity in my private home. I will buy a windmill for my home before I will let them cut my electricity and tell me when I can use it. A Big BS

    Also, get rid of illegals that will help the rising need for utilities. It will also help infrastructure, traffic, school overcrowdings, jobs and hospitals. Feel free to add to what I have left out.

    Exactly right, overpopulation has caused all this plus water shortages and crowded State and National Parks.
