NO witnesses at all! I find that kind of strange. No one was outside or driving by. Hmmm. Why would anyone not have an ID when going to a bar? Of course we on this forum know too well who don't have any regard for human life or laws. Could this murderer be an ILLEGAL?! Please keep this story posted with updates.

And what's worse is that if an illegal did commit a crime there would be no way to track him / or her. With our proper documentation the police would not even be able to get an address / relatives / ect. to track the offender the way we could with a LEGAL PERP. And then if the person was found, again with out any documentation the offenender could not be tried properly. I mean did the offender commit any previous / other crimes??? Probably!!!

In my state, I think that bartenders are required to ID anyone who looks younger than 40.
This is awful.
