Is this just technical difficulties or is this a subliminal message?
During Biden’ most recent speech regarding infrastructure, the presidential seal was blurred out on the podium he was using.
This wasn’t a camera trick either because Biden uploaded the video himself to Twitter.

Was the camera just out of focus?
Many think not and believe it was intentionally blurred out.

They blurred out the seal of the President on the podium with an adjustment layer. You can see it lose tracking when it zooms in, but it's there.
