This is similar to what is done in Israel. If the public notices an unattended package or briefcase. They immediately shout out a public warning and clear the area, while notifying the authorities.

I imagine a few Americas will get blown up, before we take notice of unattended packages or "odd" behavior of someone. Although, New Yorkers are better at this, than the rest of us.

I see all kinds of shit! I see illegal invaders loitering in front of Home Depots everywhere. I see barrios full of illegal invaders that I'm quite certain Napolitano does not care in the least bit what their immigration status, especially since she's been on her nation wide amnesty tour this past year.

I've see likely illegal invaders in WalMart! Does nappy want to know about that!
