Thread: State Rep. Reply On Obama's Illegal/Legal Naturalization

Yes, this may be off topic somewhat, but we all know how Senator Obama feels about Amnesty. Below is a letter that my wife and myself sent to our Tenn. State Representative. We did receive a remarkable reply. Please read below:

We are writing to ask Representative Hensley to clarify that Senator Barack Hussein Obama is eligible to be a candidate for President of the United States of America..

Apparently, we are not the only citizens/voters that needs clarification on this matter while understanding that:

Barack Obama might not be qualified as a Candidate for President of the United States of America after all, for the following reasons:

1) Barack Obama is not legally a U.S. natural-born citizen according to the law on the books at the time of his birth, which falls between "December 24, 1952 to November 13, 1986?

2) Presidential office requires a natural-born citizen if the child was not born to two U.S. citizen parents, which of course is what exempts John McCain though he was born in the Panama Canal US Law very clearly stipulates: ".If only one parent was a U.S. citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16.

3) Barack Obama's father was not a U.S. citizen and Obama's mother was only 18 when Obama was born, which means though she had been a U.S. citizen for 10 years, (or citizen perhaps because of Hawaii being a territory) the mother fails the test for being so for at least 5 years **prior to** Barack Obama's birth, but *after* age 16. It doesn't matter *after*.

4) In essence, Obama's mother was not old enough to qualify her son for automatic U.S. citizenship. At most, there were only 2 years elapsed since his mother turned 16 at the time of Barack Obama's birth when she was 18 in Hawaii. His mother would have needed to have been 16+5=21 years old, at the time of Barack Obama's birth for him to have been a natural-born citizen.

5) As aforementioned, she was a young college student at the time and was not. Barack Obama was already 3 years old at that time his mother would have needed to have waited to have him as the only U.S. Citizen parent. Obama instead should have been naturalized, but even then, that would still disqualify him from holding the office.

6) *** Naturalized citizens are ineligible to hold the office of President. *** Though Barack Obama was sent back to Hawaii at age 10, all the other info does not matter because his mother is the one who needed to have been a U.S. citizen for 10 years prior to his birth on August 4, 1961, with 5 of those years being after age 16.

7) Further, Obama may have had to have remained in the country for some time to protect any citizenship he would have had, rather than living in Indonesia.

Now you can see why Obama's aides stopped his speech about how we technically have more than 50 states, because it would have led to this discovery.

9) This is very clear cut and a blaring violation of U.S. election law.

10) We think the Gov. of California would be very interested in knowing this if Obama were elected President without being a natural-born U.S. citizen, and it would set precedence.

11) Senator Obama was not born in Hawaii.

12) No hospitals in Hawaii have any record of birth for Senator Obama.

13) Senator Obama was born in Kenya.

14) We and all American citizens/voters have the right to a definitive answer.

Thanks for the e-mail and I agree with you that it appears that someone dropped the ball when they certified Obama to be on the ballot. He had to be qualified by each State Election Commission and they apparently certified him. He is certainly questionable at best.

My question is why nothing has been said or done about this by the Republican party, or anyone else in DC for that matter?

I would think that something like this would be one of the first things Hillary, McCain, or any number of others, would have gotten hold of and shook until Obama dropped out or was made to drop out.

Your guess is as good as mine. Think maybe the Repubs. are thinking riots like in 64 in all major cities???

That's something I've said for a long time, actually.

Put aside the NAU, etc.....which, imo, is the work of but a few when taken in the context of the big picture in government......and I've been more inclined to think that a big part of this problem is, on the part of our electeds, how to resolve it without triggering an upheaval that would make anything this country has seen, to date, look like a church social in comparison.

But, that still doesn't explain why Obama's political opponents have not latched on to this information and used it to put him right out of the business. Especially Hillary, who has demonstrated time and again that she will stop at nothing in her grab for power.

My guess is that someone with legal background needs to review all of the information, and if it supports the contention, then Obama's candidacy would need to be challenged in federal court. However, if his mother was a legal resident of Hawaii at birth, then she is a natural born citizen by virtue of Hawaii being a territory of the US at the time. Same reason Puerto Rico votes in the primaries and presidential elections That may be all that is necessary to qualify him as being a citizen also.

Send the information to Judical Watch!! They may just love this one. At least they could see if there is anything to it.

Even if this were to get out in the MSM, the people are already worked up into such a tizzy over the Bama, they wouldn't care. Heck, they'd probably even be willing to make a new law which could then be used to allow foreigners as Presidents. Lets just go ahead and make it where the politicians don't even have to live here.

We get nowhere thats where. As long as criminals run this nation, forget any common sense, rationale, truth or justice in this country.

It's all a pony show, just to make some of the pissed off people actually believe this phony race is going to make a change or do anything for the American People. There is some real evidence of propoganda adn who controls the MSM.

If the MSM lets this FACT OF BAMA NOT BEING LEGALLY VIABLE FOR THE PRESIDENTCY out into the public, there will be a reason, and whatever the reason is, it will be a self serving agenda. The agenda as we have seen in the last ten years for sure is to DIVIDE AMERICA, then conquer all the gold while the people fight over trivial crap, which we know is utter criminal activity. If the laws state that Bama is not eligible for the highest office then that is more evidence on top of mounds of evidence that laws don't mean squat and the criminals control everything, bottom line, then the supreme court comes in and ANOINTS A PRESIDENT which just divides people even more. With so much criminal activity going on and so much divisiveness going on primarily because there is no rule of law.

Without the rule of law, and with a certian amount of people being brainwashed thinking some laws matter and some don't, the ones that believe in the rule of law and those that don't just keep us divided and instead of the people uniting together and pushing for real law abiding legal changes and enforcement of those laws that are set in stone, which is the only way stability is created, it just leaves the revolution to infight against eachother instead of fighting together against the real corruption that is in POWER.
