The Rockingham County Sheriff's Department says a man is now charged with communicating threats after he left a threatening package at the wrong house. Rockingham County deputies and the members of the Greensboro Bomb Squad detonated the package on Thursday. A woman near Eden found it near her mailbox. An attached note threatened to kill. Sheriff Sam Page says John Overby turned himself in and said he meant to leave the package at another house but got the wrong address.
