Presidential candidate Alan Keyes, vice-presidential candidate Wiley S. Drake, and the Chairman of the American Independent Party, Markham Robinson, have filed suit in California Superior Court in Sacramento seeking to bar Secretary of State Debra Bowen from certifying to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger the names of Electors, and from transmitting to each presidential Elector a Certificate of Election, until documentary proof is produced and verified showing that Senator Obama is a “natural bornâ€

How many is this now?

He's gonna get himself sued out of office at this rate.

It to me is like this. It was requested to show his documents like proof of citizenship by birth, and his college records, and selective service records, and it's all sealed for secret reasons, not private reasons. And I see it this way. The longer he stalls, the more he looks guilty of something. Refusal to come clean, and the longer it is drwn out, the worse it looks and the more scrutiny will be applied.

Wow! This is really starting to stir! I would of liked to see Keyes as President. An honest, patriotic American!

I don't think Keyes or any of the other former Presidential candidates would of had a problem producing their birth certificates, college records or any other credentials the public requested for transparency.

Obama and the DNC are probably sweating it now.

The Wells vs. Donofrio case will be the most damning.Two at SCOTUS.THey await a response.One case above may end up on Justice Thomas' desk..the one Justice OBAMBI was critical of at Saddleback Forum...ha!Read case at Natural Born Citizen.This guy lassoed for all three candidates sued the SOS of NJ but had good proof.Its a very tight one.Will OBAMBI be able to wiggle out?

I agree Hylander and I think that's what many are wondering right now......WHY the secrecy?

It really defies all logic that someone who is asking the American people......and even foreign leaders and citizens for that matter.....to trust him implicity would continue to act in a manner that is fueling more and more suspicion and distrust all the time.

This is about the application for people who want to work for Obama. Its all over the place. Although he keeps his information secret, he wants to know all about those who want to work for him. This is just one place to find the application.

Want a top job in the Obama administration? Only pack rats need apply, preferably those not packing controversy.

A seven-page questionnaire being sent by the office of President-elect Barack Obama to those seeking cabinet and other high-ranking posts may be the most extensive - some say invasive - application ever.

The questionnaire includes 63 requests for personal and professional records, some covering applicants' spouses and grown children as well, that are forcing job-seekers to rummage from basements to attics, in shoe boxes, diaries and computer archives to document both their achievements and missteps.

Only the smallest details are excluded; traffic tickets carrying fines of less than $50 need not be reported, the application says. Applicants are asked whether they or anyone in their family owns a gun. They must include any e-mail that might embarrass the president-elect, along with any blog posts and links to their Facebook pages.

The application also asks applicants to "please list all aliases or handles' you have used to communicate on the Internet."

Anybody believe that he is having the govt making him the documents right now!! Good fakes takes time!! And They could do it!! China just did it in the Olympics with the girls gymnastic team.....
