    Mentally Challenged Women Assaulted



    A 23-year-old mentally challenged woman was assaulted on Wednesday, June 21. She had been picked up from her job in Loudon County at approximately 3:45 p.m. by Loudon Taxi Sedan Service. The driver dropped off several other people before taking the victim home to the Fairfax area around 6 p.m. The driver touched the woman inappropriately and she later told caretakers. Investigation led to the arrest of Reynaldo Jose Espinoza-Merino of 13652 Kingsman Road in Woodbridge on Friday, June 30. He was charged with aggravated sexual battery and taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.

    We have to be careful about assumptions.....would be nice to know the immigration status.
