Burger King 55 Cent Whopper Deal 2012 – All the Details!

Burger King is celebrating the 55th anniversary of their most popular menu item – the Whopper – and they want you to celebrate too!

Starting Thursday December 6, 2012 and lasting until Sunday December 9, 2012, the popular burger chain will be offering its US customers a whopper of a good deal where they can purchase the notorious sandwich for just 55 cents!

According the restaurant’s official website, the offer is good when you buy another whopper at regular price and is valid on any of the Whopper sandwiches on the menu (including their new Wisconsin White Cheddar or Angry Whopper).

The promotion does not appear to be valid in Canada but is available nationwide in the US, according to the press release.

“BURGER KING is very excited to celebrate this amazing milestone with the WHOPPER Sandwich lovers who have helped make it an American icon,” said Flavia Faugeres, executive vice president and global chief marketing officer, Burger King Worldwide.

“For 55 years it’s been a fan favorite, and this weekend we encourage our guests to stop by and join in on the celebration.”
