Thread: Bush makes veiled threat against Democrats in speech

I just watched a news conference with King George. He was talking about the Petraeus ad put in the NY Times. He said he was upset with the Democrats for not coming out strongly against it. He then continued to say that they are “more afraid of irritating Moveon.org than they are of the American Military, and that is a huge mistake.â€

Any time Boosh is speaking (or.... thinking, or... <whatever> he scares me.

Yes I also heard the garbage he spewed about how free trade is going to save the world. Sorry Jorge but NAFTA and free trade with China has done destruction to this country. We don't need anymore.

Remember when NAFTA was pushed through-they claimed that it would stop illegal immigration? Great job that did.


He had his little indirect threats that if you are againt free trade you are a protectionist-such a dirty word.

Hearing him only made me step up the volume of my calls and faxes, to save our country from "evil doers" like him.

I might, had it come from someone other than Georgie.

The man has a well documented history of things coming out of his mouth the wrong way so chances are that what he said did not come out like it was supposed to. LOL....that's why I try not to get too rattled by anything I hear him say and just keep my eyes and ears open to what else is happening and being said.

If wanting to protect our way of life for my children, their children, etc. - guess I'm a protectionist.

I hope the military of 'my country is more intimidating than MoveOn.org.

For example, MS-13 is more intimidating than MoveOn.org.

To halt MS-13 at the border, and contain them back in Mexico will require a force more intimidating than MS-13...

which, in turn, requires a force (way) more intimidating than MoveOn.org.


Thus, I hope the military of 'my country is more intimidating than MoveOn.org.
