GOP gaining on Barbara Boxer?

The nonpartisan Rothenberg Political Report, a leading handicapper of races, reports that it has lost confidence that U.S. Sen. Barbara Boxer will hold on to her seat.

The report had rated her seat as "safe" for the incumbent California Democrat. She's been downgraded to having a "clear advantage" in this year's race.

Says the report, "Boxer's poll numbers are less than intimidating. The contest is worth watching because of the ever building GOP wave."

The Rothenberg Political Report anticipates the GOP will gain five to seven Senate seats overall. "Democrats are likely to retain control of the Senate, but at a dramatically reduced level," the report says.

Let's see Pelosi and Feinstein should also be wallowing soon as Californians see they will be jobless but taxed to eternity while illegals enjoy the benefits of the citizens because of socialist largesse.
