The couple was arrested after sheriff's deputies received a report from the Fullerton Police Department about the credit card fraud and stolen identity, Dorsey said.

Garcia, a loan officer, allegedly charged $15,000 to $20,000 on the credit cards of two different victims, including a cancer patient from Fullerton.
