16-year-old Charged with Sexual Assault on Juvenile

DAVDSON COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) —
A 16-year-old was arrested last month after an alleged sexual assault on a juvenile.

The sheriff's office received a report of an alleged sexual assault that took place on Oct. 28. Following an investigation, deputies charged Igancio Miguel Luviano, 16, of 197 Turf Ln., Lexington, with one count of second degree forcible sex offense.

Luviano was taken before the Magistrate where he received a $10,000.00 secured bond and was then placed in the Davidson County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in Lexington District Court on December 7.
