When Barack Obama decided in June to eschew public financing for the general election, liberal political observers hailed his breaking a previous promise to accept public money as a shrewd move that freed him up from restrictions placed on how he could spend all that cash. But less than three months later, reports are circulating about “extremely anemicâ€
