    Canadian publisher grilled over publishing Mohammed cartoons

    Canada doesn't have a first amendment. Just the same censorship in the name of ANY religion, particularly Islam, isn't a good thing. Does Canada feature separation of Church and State?

    I take it the "Human Rights" commission is part of the Canadian government rather than a private group.

    The publisher stood his ground.
