Conservatives Are Being Educated Out Of Existence

Republicans and conservatives are in jeopardy of being "educated" out of existence. That begs the question, why in a county that is over 60% Republican and conservative, do we allow our local school system to be run by liberals? Yes, while conservatives have slept, the local school systems across the country, including ours, have been completely taken over by liberals.

It is not only the liberals alone that have made this possible. It is also RINO (Republicans in name only) that have supported these liberal policies and made it possible for them to dominate the school system. Locally RINO's like Chip Baker, Richard Casavant, Joe Conner, Claude Ramsey, etc. are prime examples of politicians that have posed as Republicans basically to get elected while supporting liberal school policies and tax increases. They have been given their marching orders by the local liberal power-structure. They always support the HCEA, NEA, and whatever "…EA" that they can. What organizations can you name that are more liberal than those? Not many.

Foundations like Annenberg, Lyndhurst, and the PEF are making sure that textbooks, teachers, and curriculum push a liberal agenda. A prime example is the global warming hoax. In schools, global warming and, what I call the teaching of "green dogma," has reached the status of a religion. Never mind the scientific facts don't support their view of man-made climate change. Never mind that 10's of thousands of scientists think that this view is bunk. Our children, like in any other religion, must have faith in the almighty Al Gore that mankind is responsible.

Even more alarming are text books full of revisionist history and historical editorializing. In this academic world, liberal political figures and thought are portrayed as wonderful while conservatives are depicted as either evil or just plain stupid. There have been several books written on this subject that chronicle these text book falsehoods. Also, teachers themselves constantly push their view of reality on their students. I have a friend in South Carolina whose middle-schooler is constantly bombarded about how wonderful Obama is and how stupid people like his own father were for supporting conservatives.

Even more bizarre is how ashamed the modern liberal is of being called the "L" word. Just like in the novel "1984," they have created a softer, gentler, term to hide their true philosophy. Progressive is the nice word they have picked. Don't be fooled, there is nothing "progressive" about them. In contrast, democrats and republicans alike fall all over themselves to be called conservative. They are not ashamed.

Today, in our schools, they are teaching that left-wing, 100 year old economic and political philosophies are the way to go. Never mind they have failed countless times. What the liberal left has been doing for years is to take a page out of their more extreme cousins' communist playbook and that is to indoctrinate school children so the political power will finally come. Obama's support in the younger generation, who have had basically 18 years of brain-washing, is the first sign that their agenda is working. This incremental rewiring of our children's belief system has been taking place for over 30 years. It is just a matter of time before these children grow up to be voters and presto, we have a string of Obamas and go right done the tubes.

The point here is that the most important post in our local government is the school board. The Republican establishment and true conservatives need to finally understand that the school board controls over 60% of our tax resources, the minds of our children and our political future. It is time we faced reality.

it's all in the media and I hope America see's what is going on around them

whatever was wrong was now right......end times theme? I believe it. The test isn't when things are going well....it's when thing arent.
