That's such a bunch of phooey .. this non-economic, non-stimulus package won't create any jobs anywhere!
Their assumptions are way off base. They're also counting saving jobs like teachers and government service workers and all that, but it's not going to create any net new jobs. It's just bunk to claim that it is.A Nation Without Borders Is Not A Nation - Ronald Reagan

02-18-2009, 01:21 PM #3Ya I noticed that. All these new jobs and each time it was getting lower, and then they added the saving jobs.......except there's no guarentee they are saving anything. Look at the major mess up Obama had with Catapiller....LOL Look at all the additional layoffs and plant closings with the Auto bailout. It's a joke for sure. They're also counting saving jobs like teachers and government service workers and all that, but it's not going to create any net new jobs.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

The money has to come from somewhere to pay for this and unfortunately it will come from the private sector. Employers other than the government will be unable to create jobs or give employees raises and benefits when they're being taxed out of existence.
I find it interesting that the solution for our loss of manufacturing and IT jobs is to create jobs in construction. Can we expect to see our IT workers out on the highway holding a "slow" sign? Oh, never mind, the construction jobs will probably go to illegals. Silly me."A Nation of sheep will beget a government of Wolves" -Edward R. Murrow
