Dog being discussed on Beck's show on Fox

There are politicians who are fighting his illegal extradition. One of them was on the show and said that it was against the U.S. extradition trearty with Mexico. The treaty only allows people to be extradited if they will serve a year or more in jail. This guy and others have started a petition regading this unfairness. He also said that Mexico sends their criminals here and don't want them back. Mexico also doesn't want to give us alot of criminals as they have that American money and spend it there. Why do you think they didn't Luster apprehended. This politican said that Luster was spending a great deal of money there so he was gladdly welcomed by the Mexican government.

I've often thought that the only reason Mexico did not get Luster was because he was spending so much money there and/or paying off people, including the police. In the videos of him in Mexico, he was clearly out in public places, so it's obvious that his presence in Mexico was known, and yet the authorities refused to arrest and extradite him. This is a perfect example of everything that is wrong with Mexico.....corrupt through and through, and unconcerned that this serial rapist might start attacking Mexican women.

I don't think rape is considered as a bad crime over there or some other Hispanic countries. In my one class I took towards my Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, there was a guy that was from Cuba and he made a comment about rape and the females in the class were ready to take swings at him. Our instructor spoke about men raping wives. He said that women were the mens property and had to follow their wishes. Thus if she said no and denied him then he had a right to force her.
