    Chaos, arm-twisting gave Pelosi (cap trade) win

    Whoa, this is an interesting read to hear what went on to get those 216 votes. So all of these shennigans to uphold her reputation (partly)?? This makes her 'win' seem even more empty. We've got a month or so to let the senate know -No WAY...
