Chief Justice Roberts: Oath to defend Constitution?
Chief Justice Roberts of the United States Supreme Court:
1. Just wondering about his oath: Did Chief Justice Roberts take an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States?
2. That is, did Chief Justice Roberts take an oath to uphold and defend the ENTIRE Constitution, or just certain parts of it?
3. I ask the question above for this reason: Chief Justice
Roberts seems to be avoiding the Obama presidential eligibility mess as if he was trying to avoid a plague.
4. My point is this: Chief Justice Roberts should uphold his oath by stepping in right now and demanding that Obama prove that he, Obama, is eligible to be President under the laws of the Constitution, an almost sacred document that Roberts swore to uphold and defend when he, Roberts, first took his position as Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court.
