    Chinese FUND PUBLIC SCHOOLS

    According to the montly newsletter of a German-American organzition I get, German is being dropped from public school curricula across the nation. The reasons stated are that German is not as necessary as other languages, including especially Spanish...

    And that other languages are subsidized — at which point the article specifically cites the example of China as funding Chinese foreign language programs in US schools.

    In Washington Co.Md. schools are now having mandatory spanish in school.From what I've been told it starts this coming fall and will be taught
    starting in early elementary school.Why are 300,000,000 US citizens and our children having to bend to a group of 12-20 million?
