Second Kavanaugh Accuser Materializes Alleging Sexual Misconduct At Yale



"I wasn’t going to touch a penis until I was married"

A second woman has come forward to accuse Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct - this time while he was a Yale university during the 1983-1984 academic year, according to a new report by Ronan Farrow of the New Yorker.



The woman, Deborah Ramirez, 53, claims that Kavanaugh waved his penis in her face during a drunken dormitory party and "caused her to touch it without her consent as she pushed him away."

For Ramirez, the sudden attention has been unwelcome, and prompted difficult choices. She was at first hesitant to speak publicly, partly because her memories contained gaps because she had been drinking at the time of the alleged incident. In her initial conversations with The New Yorker, she was reluctant to characterize Kavanaugh’s role in the alleged incident with certainty. After six days of carefully assessing her memories and consulting with her attorney, Ramirez said that she felt confident enough of her recollections to say that she remembers Kavanaugh had exposed himself at a drunken dormitory party, thrust his penis in her face, and caused her to touch it without her consent as she pushed him away. Ramirez is now calling for the F.B.I. to investigate Kavanaugh’s role in the incident. “I would think an F.B.I. investigation would be warranted,” she said.

Specifically, Ramirez recalls "a penis being in front of my face," and that despite being incredibly inebriated, someone encouraging her to "kiss it."
Despite acknowledging "significant gaps in her memories of the evening" due to being incredibly drunk, Ramirez then recalls someone yelling down a hallway "Brett Kavanaugh just put his penis in Debbie's face!" since kids talk like that.

She recalled that the party took place in a suite at Lawrance Hall, in the part of Yale known as Old Campus, and that a small group of students decided to play a drinking game together. “We were sitting in a circle,” she said. “People would pick who drank.” Ramirez was chosen repeatedly, she said, and quickly became inebriated. At one point, she said, a male student pointed a gag plastic penis in her direction. Later, she said, she was on the floor, foggy and slurring her words, as that male student and another stood nearby. (Ramirez identified the two male onlookers, but, at her request, The New Yorker is not naming them.)
A third male student then exposed himself to her. “I remember a penis being in front of my face,” she said. “I knew that’s not what I wanted, even in that state of mind.” She recalled remarking, “That’s not a real penis,” and the other students laughing at her confusion and taunting her, one encouraging her to “kiss it.” She said that she pushed the person away, touching it in the process. Ramirez, who was raised a devout Catholic, in Connecticut, said that she was shaken. “I wasn’t going to touch a penis until I was married,” she said. “I was embarrassed and ashamed and humiliated.” She remembers Kavanaugh standing to her right and laughing, pulling up his pants. “Brett was laughing,” she said. “I can still see his face, and his hips coming forward, like when you pull up your pants.” She recalled another male student shouting about the incident. “Somebody yelled down the hall, ‘Brett Kavanaugh just put his penis in Debbie’s face,’ ” she said. “It was his full name. I don’t think it was just ‘Brett.’ And I remember hearing and being mortified that this was out there.” -New Yorker

Meanwhile, lawyer Michael Avenatti - best known for representing adult entertainer Stephanie Clifford, said on Twitter that he represents a woman "with credible information regarding Judge Kavanaugh," and that his client is not Ramirez.
In a statement, Kavanaugh wrote, "This alleged event from 35 years ago did not happen. The people who knew me then know that this did not happen, and have said so. This is a smear, plain and simple. I look forward to testifying on Thursday about the truth, and defending my good name—and the reputation for character and integrity I have spent a lifetime building—against these last-minute allegations."
Meanwhile, White House spokeswoman Kerri Kupec said in a statement: "This 35-year-old, uncorroborated claim is the latest in a coordinated smear campaign by the Democrats designed to tear down a good man. This claim is denied by all who were said to be present and is wholly inconsistent with what many women and men who knew Judge Kavanaugh at the time in college say."

I had no idea DemoQuacks were such prudish straight and narrow drunks in the 80's.

I'm from a few years earlier, the Magnificent and Wild 70's, when naked male students streaked the campus, and we all ran out to watch and cheer them on and this was in a pretty middle of the road "conservative" state no matter what political party you voted for.

I'm getting weary of these DemoQuack stories and tales from high school and college private parties, and I have no respect for any woman who wants to talk about anything like this to try and ruin someone's career decades later.

Here's where I stand, I support Brett Kavanaugh, even if everything that's been told in true. Stuff happens when you're young, you do stuff especially when you've been drinking a lot, that you wouldn't otherwise do, and only do at that age and in those circumstances. So this Republican supports Kavanaugh even if he did try and fail to make out with Blasey or even if on a dare he dropped his pants and waved his pecker at Ramirez. No, I don't support the actions, no boys and young men shouldn't do these things, but the fact is they do when they're young, drunk and stupid, and then they grow up and become wonderful, hard-working men who deserve what they have earned without reference, taint or tarnish from what they did as teenagers.

What kind of people want to destroy someone's life over something they did or probably didn't even do to begin with when they were kids? I don't get it. DemoQuacks are prudes, hypocrites, and phonies.

Confirm Kavanaugh and shut this nonsense down.

So this woman was drunk as a skunk, in a room with a bunch of drunk males and a plastic penis? She could have walked out and left the room at any time. She put herself in this situation and no one raped her. Women show their stuff...are men going to come forward traumatized by seeing boobies?

A bunch of drunk teens do this at parties. It has gotten worse and look at what they do at Spring Break. Do we now go after every high school teenager who drank and did this stuff? There are hundreds of thousands of them!

What about the women...I have know some raunchy woman in my life that are just as bad.

Kavanaugh’s accuser is lying.
Her story has so many holes, it looks like Swiss cheese. Her ever-increasing demands, made through her feminist attorney -- a ringer for Skeletor -- and her whiny excuses for not attending (she says she’s afraid of flying -- a psychologist who has never received therapy for this very easily treatable phobia?) are simply a transparent tactic to delay, if not derail, the confirmation until the blue wave of the election paralyzes all future nominations. It doesn’t take Sherlock Holmes to figure this out. Needless to say that Da Sisters are behind her in full shrieking mode.

And, of course, the shrieking feminists insist that she should be automatically believed, she should not be “bullied” (i.e., questioned, or doubted). “The poor rape victim” meme has totally saturated society, to the point that it is considered to be the height of boorishness to question the veracity of an accusation of rape. In this day and age, accusation is simply enough to derail careers, especially since the leftist media is complicit. The accuser must not be doubted. After all, women are incapable of lying. Or manipulation.
Here are a number of instances where a so-called rape victim lied through her teeth, whatever her motivation might have been:

• A story from across the pond involved a young Brit whose girlfriend frequently emailed him for casual sex, but when he rejected her, she cried rape. The defense was able to obtain the emails at the last minute, which the prosecutor had suppressed from discovery. Another, almost identical case, again from Britain, also surfaced.
• A Coast Guard officer was convicted of rape. The appeal overturned the conviction, noting that the trial had been saturated with politically-correct zealots hellbent on conviction.
• A student got only (of course!) one year in jail after pleading guilty to making false rape allegations against two Sacred Heart University football players.
• Musician Drake was accused of sexual assault by a porn star. He’s suing her.
• A woman was engaged in a sexual threesome. When it began to be filmed she became irate and left, then told her boyfriend that she had been raped. The boyfriend, with some friends, visited one of the men and killed him.
• Remember Roe vs. Wade? It was based on the lie that the victim had been gang-raped.

Occasionally, such false accusations blow up in the faces of both the accusers and the accompanying propagandist media. We saw this in the infamous Rolling Stone hoax, and the equally infamous Duke lacrosse team case (where the prosecutor and the police deliberately -- yes, deliberately -- falsified facts. See the excellent documentary, Fantastic Lies).
This is to leave out the accusations by ex-wives that the husbands whom they are divorcing molested their children.
Actually, cases like those above are commonplace, they just do not get the publicity that they deserve, simply because they go against the politically-correct dogma that all men are rapists and that we live in a rape culture. Their numbers are far from few, running easily into the hundreds. And not only are fraudulent accusations rampant, but what is worse, much, much worse, are the hundreds of wrongful convictions, based of hoaxes. And no one takes up their cause.
