    She’s Lying

The Blasey Ford case is only the tip of the iceberg.

    September 24, 2018
    By Apolo Villalobos

    Kavanaugh’s accuser is lying.
Her story has so many holes, it looks like Swiss cheese. Her ever-increasing demands, made through her feminist attorney -- a ringer for Skeletor -- and her whiny excuses for not attending (she says she’s afraid of flying -- a psychologist who has never received therapy for this very easily treatable phobia?) are simply a transparent tactic to delay, if not derail, the confirmation until the blue wave of the election paralyzes all future nominations. It doesn’t take Sherlock Holmes to figure this out. Needless to say that Da Sisters are behind her in full shrieking mode.

And, of course, the shrieking feminists insist that she should be automatically believed, she should not be “bullied” (i.e., questioned, or doubted). “The poor rape victim” meme has totally saturated society, to the point that it is considered to be the height of boorishness to question the veracity of an accusation of rape. In this day and age, accusation is simply enough to derail careers, especially since the leftist media is complicit. The accuser must not be doubted. After all, women are incapable of lying. Or manipulation.
Here are a number of instances where a so-called rape victim lied through her teeth, whatever her motivation might have been:

    • A story from across the pond involved a young Brit whose girlfriend frequently emailed him for casual sex, but when he rejected her, she cried rape. The defense was able to obtain the emails at the last minute, which the prosecutor had suppressed from discovery. Another, almost identical case, again from Britain, also surfaced.
    • A Coast Guard officer was convicted of rape. The appeal overturned the conviction, noting that the trial had been saturated with politically-correct zealots hellbent on conviction.
    • A student got only (of course!) one year in jail after pleading guilty to making false rape allegations against two Sacred Heart University football players.
    • Musician Drake was accused of sexual assault by a porn star. He’s suing her.
    • A woman was engaged in a sexual threesome. When it began to be filmed she became irate and left, then told her boyfriend that she had been raped. The boyfriend, with some friends, visited one of the men and killed him.
    • Remember Roe vs. Wade? It was based on the lie that the victim had been gang-raped.

Occasionally, such false accusations blow up in the faces of both the accusers and the accompanying propagandist media. We saw this in the infamous Rolling Stone hoax, and the equally infamous Duke lacrosse team case (where the prosecutor and the police deliberately -- yes, deliberately -- falsified facts. See the excellent documentary, Fantastic Lies).
This is to leave out the accusations by ex-wives that the husbands whom they are divorcing molested their children.
Actually, cases like those above are commonplace, they just do not get the publicity that they deserve, simply because they go against the politically-correct dogma that all men are rapists and that we live in a rape culture. Their numbers are far from few, running easily into the hundreds. And not only are fraudulent accusations rampant, but what is worse, much, much worse, are the hundreds of wrongful convictions, based of hoaxes. And no one takes up their cause.

Vote and move forward with Judge Kavanaugh

It does not take a lot to destroy a man these days.

    September 24, 2018
    By Silvio Canto, Jr.

We were hit on Sunday night by new allegations that Judge Brett Kavanaugh has a woman problem. The allegations are brand new and it may take a day or two to clear the dust.
It appears that another woman remembers something from his college days.

I guess that we know now what the delay for Christine Braley Ford to testify was all about. She was buying time to allow the other story to develop. Maybe I'm too cynical but it smells like the delay was planned to give others more time.
The GOP was trying to show respect for Ford. On the other hand, Ford was being told to delay, like the coach who goes to the mound to give the guy in the bullpen a little bit more to get ready.
According to Power Line, the whole point is to feed the narrative that Judge Kavanaugh was a repeat offender. They want to turn Judge Kavanaugh into a Bill Cosby or Harvey Weinstein character. Didn't he pass several FBI background checks?
Now, it 's up to the GOP. They can continue the farce and invite the new accuser or take a vote and move on. If they take a vote, they will have to count on every GOP vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh. If they delay this, then they run the risk of losing the Senate and never putting this good man in the court.
At the same time, my instincts tell me that there are a lot of women watching all of this Kavanaugh show and wondering: Is my husband next? Or my son? Or my father?
In other words, it does not take a lot to destroy a man these days. In fact, just accuse him of something that can't be proven and you have a friendly media willing to carry the accuser's water.
This is why I continue to believe that this overreach will explode in the Democrats' faces. Add to all of this the names of Senator Sherrod Brown of Ohio, Senator Tom Carper of Delaware, and DNC # 2 Keith Ellison and the party may regret the whole thing.
Worst of all, whatever happened to justice for the accused? I guess that it does not apply to any conservative who believes that abortion should be settled by states rather than justices.
I repeat: There is a woman out there wondering if her husband is next. She will not be voting for the Democrats in a few weeks.

Keyser would have remembered the party

There is every reason to believe that if Ford, Kavanaugh, Judge, PJ, and Keyser had been at a party together Keyser would have remembered it.

    September 24, 2018
    By Tom Trinko

As of this moment, four of the five people Christine Blasey Ford says were at the party where she claims she was sexually assaulted have denied there ever being such a party. Only Ford herself, also the only person not to speak under oath, says that this party occurred, and only she says that she was sexually assaulted.
The most recent witness, Leland Keyser, has no recollection of the party and has never met Kavanaugh.
This is very compelling in that not only doesn’t she have any reason to lie, she’s actually a lifelong friend of Blasey Ford and a staunch liberal who doesn’t want Kavanaugh on the court.
Ford’s lawyer responded to this bombshell saying:
“It’s not surprising that Ms. Keyser has no recollection of the evening as they did not discuss it. It’s also unremarkable that Ms. Keyser does not remember attending a specific gathering 30 years ago at which nothing of consequence happened to her”
It can be shown that this statement is not in fact logically plausible.
According to Ford, after she managed to escape from Kavanaugh she fled to a bathroom where she locked herself in. At some unspecified later time she left the party.
That means there are three options about how Ford and Keyser interacted after the alleged assault:

    1. Keyser encountered Ford locked in the bathroom and very upset
    2. Keyser encountered a very upset Ford as she left
    3. Keyser discovered that Ford had left after the fact

Every one of these options involve memorable events which would give Keyser a strong memory of the party.
In option one Keyser would find her good friend locked in a bathroom and seriously traumatized. Furthermore, Ford, according to her own account, didn’t tell anyone about the assault, which means that when Keyser asked about what the problem was Ford wouldn’t answer.
Given that Keyser was a good friend of Ford, the fact that Ford was distraught enough to lock herself in a bathroom and refuse to share the problem would be a pretty memorable event for Keyser especially since Ford, according to her account and her lawyer’s statement, didn’t ever give Keyser an explanation.
The fact that Keyser would have presumably pursued the matter next time she saw her good friend Ford and have been rebuffed would also be a good reason for Keyser to remember the party.
In option two, Keyser would see her good friend rushing out of the house visibly distraught. But once again, according to Ford’s account, Ford would provide no explanation to Keyser.
Here, Keyser would certainly consider a good friend rushing out of a party while being clearly upset and unwilling to talk about it, then or later, as a very memorable event.
In option three, Keyser would suddenly find herself alone with three boys. Finding out that her good friend left without even talking to her and refused to answer questions about it later would be good reason for Keyser to remember the party.
There is no scenario where Ford’s actions, as she describes them, would not have created a memorable situation for her good friend Leland Keyser.
Hence, contrary to the lawyers claim, there is every reason to believe that if Ford, Kavanaugh, Judge, PJ, and Keyser had been at a party together Keyser would have remembered it.

“We were sitting in a circle,” she said. “People would pick who drank.” Ramirez was chosen repeatedly, she said, and quickly became inebriated. At one point, she said, a male student pointed a gag plastic penis in her direction.

    ----------------------------

So this woman was drunk as a skunk, in a room with a bunch of drunk males and a plastic penis? She could have walked out and left the room at any time. She put herself in this situation and no one raped her. Women show their stuff...are men going to come forward traumatized by seeing boobies?

A bunch of drunk teens do this at parties. It has gotten worse and look at what they do at Spring Break. Do we now go after every high school teenager who drank and did this stuff? There are hundreds of thousands of them!

What about the women...I have know some raunchy woman in my life that are just as bad.

Look at Mardi Gras what they do!

    Ford and feminism

Have feminist attempts to criminalize all men succeeded?

    September 24, 2018
    By Alan Bergstein

There's more to Professor Ford's accusation of sexual harassment by Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh than merely an obvious Democratic attack on a Trump appointee. It signals that 50 years of radical feminism's unending attempts to bash men as the "less than" sex have succeeded. The claims of any woman, no matter how maniacal, how berserk, how unbelievable, regarding her treatment at the hands of any man at whom she decides to point an accusatory finger, will now be given new "female" credibility. Women cannot lie, and men cannot tell the truth.
Hawaiian senator Mazie Hirono told the men of this nation to "Shut up!" And she got away with it. Neither the New York Times, the Washington Post, or the Chicago Tribune editorialized on this sexist bashing by one of the most important elected officials in the land. Our own senator, Kirsten Gillibrand stated that: "Forcing her into a sham hearing is silencing her!" So, according to our own brainless congresswoman, just asking for a woman to testify under oath against a man she hazily claims assaulted her over 36 years ago is actually silencing her.
And yet Gillibrand, who regrettably represents close to 20 million New York staters, tells us that there is no need to have an accuser render a sworn account of her claims. Well, no.... if she's accusing a man of whatever, even if her unfounded charges cause him to lose his job, destroys his future, family, and life. So we're being bashed over the head by our progressive leaders and their media right hands that "women don't lie about being sexually assaulted." Tell that to the young men on the Duke University lacrosse team who were thrown out of the school, denounced and debased on false allegations of raping a woman at a party. Years later she was proven to have lied, they were exonerated and won huge lawsuits against the school. But still today, "Women don't lie," is the watchword for the movement.
Just how will this affect our judicial system when women jurors, in a courtroom run by progressive woman judges, are told by defense attorneys that to find female defendants guilty based on the testimony of men would be a violation of their human rights as women? And what scenes can we imagine taking place in secure jury rooms where men are attacked by women wearing pussy hats for declaring their intentions of violating women's rights by voting thumbs up to convict women? Sadly, the next generation will have to muddle through this challenge to our democracy. Perhaps it's time for men to seriously start thinking of wearing the pants once again in their families, communities, in Congress... and do so proudly.
