    April 28, 2010 — This is a Television Commercial from the PA dept of Revenue. I have nothing to do with this video but could not find it on you tube. I think it is certainly a commercial worth watching.

    The commercial is weird. If they know who "Tom" is and where he lives and how much he owes....why dont they just send him a bill? But instead of sending him a bill, they run a commercial (must have cost lots of tax payer money) instructing him to go to a web site to submit taxes? If they know where "Tom" is, it seems to me it would just be cheaper to send him a bill.

    Maybe they cannot send "Tom" a bill because "Tom" has no legitimate address.
