GREEN BAY -- Brown County supervisor Pat Evans says illegal immigrants are committing welfare fraud, and Wednesday night, he gave the county's Public Safety and Welfare Committee information he says proves it. FOX 11's Cameron Clark was there and has balanced coverage.

Uh, we've known this for years. If an illegal has kids and a job that pays cash, how can it be verified that she is working? That means the benefits will continue as though she isn't working. This is part of the reason many illegals are driving expensive cars/trucks. They might have 8 or more people who are paying the bills -each only has to contribute $150 a month towards bills, so it would be easy to afford a new car even if you only make $7hr. Our gov't knows all about this and could do things like making it mandatory you go to English classes and giving employers a bigger tax break when/if they hire someone who is receiving food stamps.
