Colorado: Anti-Gun Politicians Take Their Disgust of Your Rights to a New Level. The current battle might have been lost and yet the war continues. Colorado State Legislators continue to fail to grasp the basics of the Constitution and the Second Amendment.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.


The Supreme Court of the United States, has repeatedly found and sided with an individuals right to lawfully possess firearms for self defense. This right covers the federal, state and local jurisdictions in all cases.


Colorado legislators would do well to reacquaint themselves with the Constitution and specifically the Second Amendment.

State Senator Evie Hudak (D-19), in an appalling display of insensitivity, demonstrated her blind commitment to destroying the Second Amendment at the expense of our right to self-defense.”
