Is the Communist Manifesto alive and well in the USA? Let's look at the 12 planks:

1. Abolition of private property.
* eminant domain..the government can take your property

2. Heavy Progressive Income Tax
* IRS ..the more you make the more you pay

3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance
* No will? the government gets your stuff, not your family

4. Confiscation of property of all emigrants and rebels
* You can leave the country but you can't take your money and can't keep your property

5. Central Bank
* can anyone say FEDERAL RESERVE???

6. Government control of communication and transportation
* Federal Communications Commission controls all radio and television signals in USA
* Federal Aviation Administration, National Transportation Safety Board..you can not travel , ship , or broadcast anywhere in the USA without getting government approval.

7. Government ownership of factories and agriculture
* US Department of Agriculture controls and regulates nearly every aspect of the food chain from farm to table
* doesn't actually own factories..but it also has no business bailing out Chrysler and savings and loan associations ...you know, also corporate welfare

8. Government control of labor
* MANY government agencies control labor
*Unions are influenced/controlled by Occupational Safety and Health Administration

9. Corporate farms, Regional planning
* Families used to own farms, now they are owned by corporations and the families only run them
* Every large city in the USA has a regional planning office

10. Government control of education
* this is obvious "No Child Left Behind"

My answer to your question is a resounding YES!!!

Unfortunately many people are unaware of this document!
It is truly amazing how many of these goals listed have already been implemented. Unknowingly America is already adopting Socialist tendencies and Communism is not far behind.

Communism is on our doorstep. We have to do something! LIMIT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT! Get back to the constitution and get all these government agencies outta here!

Yes! Communism, socialism I don't know. It's certainly one of the isms.

When the Republicans last called trying to get money, I told them I was voting for the only Republican running even if his name was listed under the communist party. He gets my money, not them. If they want to run Democrats on the Republican ticket, get the money from the Democrats. You'd think they would quit calling, but they don't.
