    Court upholds fine of lawyer who challenges Obama's citizenship

    The U.S. Supreme Court declined today to review a judge's decision fining a lawyer $20,000 for filing "frivolous" litigation challenging President Obama's citizenship.

    California lawyer and dentist Orly Taitz had sued on behalf of Army Capt. Connie Rhodes, who sought to avoid deployment to Iraq by claiming Obama wasn't born in the United States.

    In fining Taitz, a federal judge said he misused the federal courts to pursue a political agenda.

    Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, on Aug. 4, 1961

    They did not even get Orly's sex right and people do not spend two million to cover something up unless they have something to hide.
