Thread: Create your own Manifesto.

Tired of 'career' politicians?

Fed up with the same old policies, dressed up as something new?

Okay.

Let's get creative then, and develop your own ten point manifesto.

It can contain anything.

Anything that you think would create a better society.

Just two guidelines, PLEASE try to stick to them.

One, until at SIX people have submitted their manifesto, do not challlenge any of their points.

Two, it must be in YOUR words, no links to political sites, and no scripture.

I'll start then....



1. Lock down our borders with drones and cameras, increase the size of our border patrol to be able to do the job correctly.

2. Legalize Pot, and tax it heavily. Then use the proceeds of the sales to eliminate our deficit.

3. Focus on education, our country is in trouble because of the lack of education. Liberals have lowered the expectations of students. We need to teach the fundementals at school and leave morality to the parents and society. NOT SCHOOL!

4. Increase the size of our military.

5. Invest in new energy. Lose our dependency on oil.

6. Eliminate Lobbiest, or at the very least appoint a watchdog to monitor and make public any and all dealings they have with politicans

7. More controls over Government spending

8. Mandatory town hall meetings at least 4 times a year for each member of congress

9. Mandate that all members of congress have a 3 year term limit and they are not allowed to hold office longer than 4 three year .

10. Free college to each and every American Citizen that desires to obtain a higher education.

Here is what my goverment would be...


1# deport all Illigals found "sec 1#",,,border guards get heavy guns,tanks,,,most guards need to be army or marines at least 2 years "sec 2#",,,All people crossing border illigally will be forced back [Mod Edit]"sec 3#" 50 foot wall built around the country,,,

2# All basic rights for all legal people of the united states freedom of press,fair judgement in court, the right to own what you paid for. "Sec 1,,,Sub sec of bill, a right to own what you have, and also with no right of goverment to take it away, unless you choose. Every man has to be treated fairly. So this means all people of the united states has a right to own and sell there own land, or stuff.

3# Reform schools to be higher standards,,,sub sec 1# reform school time req to 8 years...But make students have to pass each year up to a 8th grade level. If student doe's not make 8th grade level, hold him or her back a year. In which case add another year for them to do so. At least all req of todays 8th grade....Sub sec 2# once passed the 8th grade give the student a deploma,,,in which gets him or her in smaller colleges or in a basic jump. Sub sec 3# make highs school students that choose to keep going,,,have to get up to the 11th grade by there 12th year. This will increase the number of knowledge in these united states. Then once doing so give the student a Advanced Deploma.

4# Strengthen army,navy,air force, marines. Sub sec 1# make the army 2 million strong,,,with the marines 125 thousand. Navy 200 ships,,,at least and no less then 80 destroyers. Sub sec 2# bring back the battle shiip,,,fit it with 20 inch guns, with the latest in tech. Also put missles and at least on nuclear silo on the back of the ship. make at least 5 of them, each 1,500 feet long.

5# Free college for all Americans...We want the smartest and best nation on earth,,,this would be worth it. In really with out the illigalls holding us down, we could do it.

6# Build a larger space program,,,Human future is in space,,,so its important. Fund a man base on the moon, no less then able to hold 500 people. Build better space station. And by 2015 send a crew to mars. sub sec 2# fund the unman space program to the toon of 20 billion.

7# Make pot and all drugs legal,,,its the peoples choice on what they kill there selfs with.

8# Protect the 2nd Amendment,,,every one has a right to guns.

9# Out law abortion...It is pure murder.

10# Build nuclear plants,,,which are clean to power our cities.

11# update presidental powers to include power to veto spending, and have a say over the senate house. Like the romans leaders did. So work with the senate.

12# Free speach, make it protected for people that are not commies,,,if tryed to turn over it is treason.

13# Make the senate a state thing again,,,the people have the house to vote in. In also if the people want to control it they can vote for there goverers.

14# make senater and rep yearly pay checks 49 thousand a year...Only going up with the price of living per year.

15# out law Karl Marx thinking in goverment. added to bill outlaw islam.

16# Since President will have more powers,,,make it 51 perfcent of the house and senate, at any time to impeach. Or approval of the president by the people below 20 percent.

17# Reinstate treason laws.
