The U.S. Department of Justice has just made "new additions to senior management positions." But is the organization and its subsets performing its duties adequately?
(Sep. 7, 2011) — The following criminal complaint was sent by certified mail to U.S. Attorney William C. Killian to be presented to two federal grand juries seated in Knoxville, TN as well as Special Agent-in-Charge Richard L. Lambert, Jr. of the Knoxville FBI. The certified mail tracking numbers are 7009 2820 0000 7085 8716 and 7009 2820 0000 7085 8709, respectively.

Project Gunrunner began before Obama took office. However, $10,000,000 of borrowed money from the 2009 “Stimulus Billâ€

Will the FBI investigate another department which reports directly to Eric Holder and the U.S. Justice Department?

There are many avenues of investigation, Congressional inquiries, subpoenas, hearings, and grand juries to name a few.

Perhaps one or two congressmen have grown a conscience enough to bring this to the surface in open, SWORN, hearings. They will be closed door though, of course.

There should be a wholesale housecleaning at the DOJ, beginning from the top down, when Attorney General Eric Holder and his ATF subordinates claim ignorance of an ATF operation which resulted in 2000 weapons - including fully automatic weapons, Barrett .50cal rifles, and IEDs made from grenades - being sold to suspected gun traffickers with ties to the drug cartels.

Of all people, law enforcement should know that IGNORANCE IS NO EXCUSE.

But A.G. Eric Holder is counting on a gutless government to have no stomach for standing down
armed enemy combatants masquerading as U.S. law enforcment officials.
