    I must admit, I'm a little disappointed to see Sen. Dorgan's name among the 'nay' voters. He and Sen. Byrd are about the only two Senate Democrats I respect.

    Dorgan was a surprise for me, also. Will call his office tomorrow to voice my displeasure. Conrad's vote was par for the party line voter he is.
