"As President, I will restore America as the global example of health & well-being," Kennedy wrote as commentary below the above video. "Not through pills or syringes, but through character and self-discipline. And I will continue to walk the walk and lead by example."
During the government-imposed Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) lockdowns, Kennedy went on to explain, the average American gained a whopping 29 pounds – and not of muscle, you can be sure.
"I will help turn this around by encouraging our citizens to exercise, eat well, and fortify their immune systems by removing harmful chemicals from our food," Kennedy added.

Kennedy tells America: Don't ever again allow your government to enslave you with tyranny through fear

One of the healthiest things Americans can do for themselves is make good nutrition choices, yes, but also to ignore the government in the event that it tries a second time to scare the public into submission with another covid-style false flag psy-op event.

"... we must never allow ourselves to succumb to fear," Kennedy stressed to his followers and supporters, and to all of America.
"Fear disables both the immune system and the capacity for critical thought which is key to the survival of democracy. We will restore our health as we reunite our communities and rebuild our nation."
Kennedy recommends that all Americans start doing morning calisthenics every single day. Calisthenics used to be a key component of the educational experience in America, lasting well into adulthood, but globalist infiltration and destruction of the country's values and morale has greatly chipped away at that strong ethic.
Combined with a highly toxic food supply, pharmaceutical drug addiction, an oppressive police state, and other negative factors, Americans are fatter and sicker than ever before – but Kennedy wants to change all that if elected president.
"... start doing your morning calisthenics everybody," Kennedy wrote. "Get yourself in shape for a Kennedy Presidency!"
Kennedy further congratulated Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook and Meta for "setting a physical fitness example for Americans with their Octagon challenge."
"p.s. And yes, I can do more than 10 pushups," Kennedy joked about his viral physical fitness video. "That was my last set."
Keep in mind that Kennedy is almost 70 years old and still looks like this and is able to do push-ups as if he was 20! This is the kind of strong, masculine leadership America needs, would you not agree?
