Ron Paul and Ross Perot both had unsuccessful bids. Yes, Ross Perot was a long time ago, but a lesson is a lesson that should not be forgotten. I don't think, or I wasn't aware of so much voter fraud at that time either. We hadn't as "invaded" as we are now and there weren't so many "undocumented" voters lining up to elect their chosen messiah.
