    Thats absurd

    NOBODY wants to listen to your liberal trash. Thats why your radio stations are failing. What are they going to do next? Make American taxpayers PAY for liberal talk show radio programs since advertisers are shying away?

    ummmmm this is a blatant violation of the 1st amendment.

    Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
    Now if the Obama BC issue had not shown us that we no longer have the right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances, I would state that the SCOTUS would throw this out.

    As far as I am concerned, anybody who votes for the unfairness doctrine is guilty of breaking their oath to uphold the constitution.
