Thread: Democrats rejoice in disloyalty to Constitution: H.R. 3962

Last night during the roll call vote on H.R. 3962, titled the [i]“Affordable Health Care for America Actâ€

Overjoyed that they stuck it to us.

How appropriate that she's wearing her Socialist Red outfit.

I cried while watching C-Span and realized they pushed this piece of trash legislation through. The Dems looked like a pack of vipers getting ready to squeeze the very life out of their prey ( their prey being the American people).

This obviously is a violation of our constituitional rights, any suggestions about the course of action(s) we can take to address this violation johnwk?

Piglosi and the obama crowd mean to bring down America and we must stop them.

A lawsuit that goes all the way to the US Supreme Court is the only way I know how to stop it. Other than repeal it when we can get enough Republicans and Blue Dogs in the Congress to do so. We have 3 years I believe before this actually goes into effect, although they'll be getting their balls rolling well in advance of the effective date.

If the Senate fails to kill it, then we'll just have to try to repeal it after the 2010 elections if we can elect enough Republicans to do so.

They just do it the left handed way around the barn the same way they had to lower Hillary's salary inasmuch as she had voted in the Senate to increase the salary of the Secretary of State. The Constitution tells us that no one can benefit from their own acts in that manner.
How many voted for that one I wonder??

Legally the bill is not yet law. It must be passed by the Senate and signed into law before any legal action may be taken. But, the most important thing freedom loving people can do now is become politically active and take to task all those in Congress and those running for an office of public trust who support any act which violates our Constitution.

Keep in mind that the leadership of both political parties, act in concert with each other to swell the power of the Washington Establishment and has gotten us to where we are today by always allowing the people [that’s you and me] to have a choice in who we vote for. But strangely enough the choice seems to most often exclude those who will be obedient to our written Constitution and the documented intentions and beliefs under which it was adopted.

If tea party participants for example keep their focus on supporting only those who in turn will be obedient to our constitutionally limited system of government, and will especially be obedient to the separation of powers written into our Constitution intended to preserve a dual system of government know as federalism, I suspect they will make surprising gains during the coming elections.

Also keep in mind our Constitution is what “We the Peopleâ€

Agreed. We all must stay vigilant and fight this bill! We must vote everyone out of office that did not listen to the American people.

Absolutely this is EXTREMELY important to keep in mind, our choices are narrowed to people who think the same way and are loyal to the same masters. The SYSTEM IS CORRUPT.
