I don't know, I can actually see good coming of this one IF, and only if, they stick to the temporary stays.

    Look at it this way:
While it is true that someone who was here illegally is getting to visit again for the duration of the trial it is also true that one of the illegal hiring @$$#0!es is getting it stuck to him for using "cheap, lower maintenance, lower paperwork, lower tax" labor that will "do the jobs that American's won't" (well not for that lack of respect for my humanity as pay, duh).

This is actually a start at attacking half the heart of the problem, the damn businesses who would rather lie, cheat, steal, and hire illegally than support this country and help return her to her full glory. If they can establish precedents with the smaller fish they can use those same precedents to go after the big guys.

I would rather him be here a little while as an invited guest that will be escorted back out when the disgusting "businessman" has been burned good and hard by his own practices.
Though I do see, in my minds eye, the pro-illegal's already gearing up to put on a circus to allow him to stay.

(serious typo edit that should NOT have read "that" support this country )
I don't care who you are, how you got here, what color you are, what language/dialect you speak... If you didn't get here legally then you don't belong here. Period.
