    Dept. of Agriculture

We know exactly where one cow with Mad-cow-disease is located among the millions and millions of cows in America but we haven't got a clue as to where thousands of illegal immigrants and terrorists are located. Maybe we should put the Department of Agriculture in charge of immigration?

The Department of Agriculture is perhaps the most corrupt organization in America today. They combine the good with the bad to skate through the criticism on any one issue of importance.

    Mad cow
The whole sale annihilation of lands and wild life

The artificially held up sectors of money loosing agricultural ventures
the backing of genetic manipulation of hundreds of crops and many types of animals
the sanctioning of the chemical industry
the sanctioning of invasion of our country
the manipulation of third world economies
the manipulation of the American government at all levels
On and on it goes and on and on it grows.

    Mad cow?
Not in America , ask the Canadians and other competitors in the beef about it. You will get an ear full of hatred and disgust regarding the Department of AG in the US.

Bush tried to force the count of hatchery steelhead in Washington state as a native species to justify the taking of more water from the Columbia river to plant more surplus crops.

Take a guess at who was behind that deal.

It failed but the attempt said it all.

Even so , Washington State has spent more then fifty million tax payer dollars to research locations for water storage that will be used to open up an additional 150,000 acres of farm ground and most of it fruit.

They are justifying it by saying there is not enough water in dry years to take care of the farm ground under irrigation now.

I have an idea , stop draining the Columbia river for what are often times surplus government subsidized crops instead.

I am certainly not throwing any harpoons at you. There are many people coming to this site for the first time every hour and not all of them understand the role the USDA plays in so many of the problematic social ill's of our time.

Truth is , I found your post hilariously yet profoundly factual.

    Moo.
