An emergency loan measure for its automakers died in Washington late Thursday after failing to generate enough support from Republican senators. Oh, and its professional football team is 0-13 for the season.

    How much more, one wonders, can Detroit take?

    Well, maybe the Democrats should compromise on their agenda a little bit. Like forgetting the CIR.

    They'll do anything in the world to placate China, India and Mexico but nothing for the US.

    A good start would be to fix the 14th Amendment, close the Borders, and E-verify everyone.

    Detroit has been buckling since the '73 oil embargo. Urban renewal failed and socialist programs of the great welfare society show what will happen to every city nationwide if we keep following this path to socialist communism.
