(NaturalNews) TSA agents stand accused today of fondling the genitals of women and little children as part of their "enhanced pat-down" procedures being rolled out at airport security checkpoints. Today, Michelle, an employee working at the Alex Jones' InfoWars studios, has gone public with accusations that a male TSA agent felt up her crotch and fondled her breasts at a security checkpoint in Denver. I've actually met Michelle in person, so I know she's a real person and I recognize her voice from the video. She's the customer service person at the Alex Jones studios where I was a guest several weeks ago. She's a regular American mom just trying to go from point A to point B without being sexually assaulted by TSA agents. What TSA agents did to her, according to her interview with Alex Jones, is consistent with a felony crime of "sexual assault."

So now you have a choice at the airport: You can either go through the X-Ray machine, or you can subject yourself to an X-Rated pat-down by TSA agents.

TSA agent drops cocaine into travelers' bags
In a related story about the criminal behavior of TSA agents, TSA documents released through a Freedom of Information Act request (FOIA) now reveal that one TSA agent working the security checkpoint at Philadelphia International Airport planted a white powdery substance that appeared to be cocaine in the bags of air travelers. This was no entry-level employee, either -- released documents reveal he was a "bomb appraisal officer."

He pulled this cocaine stunt multiple times, too. One time he confronted a 22-year-old college girl with the apparent cocaine and asked if she was carrying anything she wasn't supposed to. After the prank, the student broke down in tears from the terror of the event and eventually lodged a complaint with the airline. (TSA agents are the new terrorists, see?)

TSA officers think it's funny to plant cocaine in your bags or feel up your breasts. It's all part of the police state training, of course: It's not merely about getting people to follow orders; it's also about humiliating individuals to make them feel inferior to police state authorities.

The body searches these TSA agents conduct might be described in some cases as sexual molestation and pedophile activities that would land anybody else in federal prison.

Just for the record, however, when I was subjected to a TSA pat-down recently, they did not fondle my testicles at all. (http://www.naturalnews.com/030100_n...) They actually swept my crotch with the back of their hand. I don't agree with it, but I didn't feel as if I was being sexually molested. That was out of the airport in San Jose, California.

So it appears that some TSA agents may be handling this very differently than others. I might have felt different about the crotch sweeping if I were a woman being felt up by a man, of course. I think what the TSA is doing is highly inappropriate, especially when done to women and children. We are not the terrorists here! The TSA needs to stop with these ridiculous "enhanced pat downs" and end the use of naked body scanner.

Supporters say it enhances security aboard passenger jets, but critics say it is little more than government-sponsored voyeurism for Transportation Security Administration workers.

The dispute is over the new enhanced airport security screening procedures that offer a choice of either a nude, full-body image X-ray scan or a hands-on-all-parts pat-down by a federal agent.

And the controversy could be coming to a head.

The Air Transport Association of America says it expects 24 million people to fly during the Thanksgiving holiday period, and an online campaign is urging everyone who flies the day before Thanksgiving – usually one of the busiest air travel days of the year – to opt out of the new full-body, nude-image scanners.

"The goal of National Opt-Out Day is to send a message to our lawmakers that we demand change," states the website. "No naked body scanners, no government-approved groping. We have a right to privacy and buying a plane ticket should not mean that we're guilty until proven innocent.

"While the government doesn't always like to advertise this, you have the ability to opt-out of the naked body scanner machines," the organizers said.

The move was praised by some as a needed spotlight on the invasive images derived from the security screenings – so graphic that WND cannot post them online – and the aggressive nature of the alternative "pat-downs" conducted by federal agents. One woman described how agents grabbed and twisted her breasts.

But the campaign also drew some alarmed reactions because of the potential it has to clog or shut down the travel system.

"The day before Thanksgiving is one of the busiest travel days of the year, after all, and airports are already overwhelmed with travelers. It doesn't take much – a snowstorm, fog, or a citizen revolt – to throw an airport into total disarray," said Carl Unger on the Smarter Travel blog.

"Chaos makes great news, sure, and news makes great exposure for a cause such as this, but I wonder if throwing a wrench into people's holiday travels is the best way to win hearts and minds."

He said the Opt-Out Plan, being promoted on the website run by Brian Sodegren, might not be aimed at causing difficulty, but it would "absolutely slow down the security process."

Larger problem

But the one-day protest is just one of the growing tremors in an earthquake developing over the issue. And it's not even the most extreme.

James Babb and George Donnelly have launched the "We Won't Fly" website, which is a message directly to airlines.

"We do not consent to strip searches, virtual or otherwise. We do not wish to be guinea pigs for new, and possibly dangerous, technology. We are not criminals. We are your customers. We will not beg the government anymore. We will simply stop flying until the porno-scanners are history," the site states.

"We will not be abused simply for the privilege of purchasing your services. We demand the airlines make their maximum lobbying effort in support of our, your customers', rights and liberties. We are eager to fly again, but only when this invasive threat has been contained."

The organization provides a link to the Nudeoscope.com website, which outlines how passengers are supposed to be given the option of not being scanned.

It also profiles a number of cases in which passengers tell of the egregious treatment to which they've been subjected. In one case study, passenger Meg McLain told her story to Free Talk Live.

Her testimony is on a video embedded on the We Won't Fly website.

She described what appeared to be a scenario of deliberate intimidation and harassment by TSA workers in a Florida airport when she opted out of the full-body nude scan.

She reported that she was pulled by the arm into a public holding area where she was handcuffed to a chair as she was surrounded by a dozen police officers and more security employees.

They repeatedly screamed at her, ripped her airline ticket in half and gave her a lecture on terrorism before escorting her out of the airport, she said.

All this, according to McLain, because she didn't want the government workers either to view her nude body image or "feel me up."

No comment

TSA officials declined to respond to WND requests for comment.

David Castelveter of the Air Transport Association said the industry is concerned about the privacy of its passengers, but safety takes priority.

"[The] decisions are made by the TSA. We simply comply with their recommendations and mandates," he told WND. "They have established these new security measures."

He said he doesn't believe people will be deterred from flying by the invasion of privacy.

But the organizers of National Opt-Out Day and "We Won't Fly" are committed.

"If we don't take action, however meager and ineffective it may seem at first, the ability to opt out may soon disappear. We may soon find these porno-scanners on our roads, in our train stations and sports stadiums. We must end this dangerous and invasive technology here and now! Here's what you can do," said the "We Won't Fly" site run by Babb and Donnelly.

"If you can avoid flying, drive, take a bus or train instead. Make them feel your resistance in their bottom line. Tell your airline about the business they lost."

The two campaigns are just a taste of what is developing. For example:

* An ABC affiliate in Phoenix reports the Association of Flight Attendants Local 66 is offering its members special advice on how to deal with the new TSA procedures, including demanding a private area for the pat-down procedures. "We don't want them in uniform going through this enhanced screening where their private areas are being touched in public," said spokeswoman Deborah Volpe. "They actually make contact with the genital area."

* At the Airline Biz Blog, reporter Terry Maxon says the head of the pilots' union at US Airways is telling his members not to go through the body scanners, the same suggestion the Allied Pilots Association at American Airlines gave its members. Their concerns relate to the repeated doses of radiation from the scans. Mike Cleary of the US Airline Pilots Association warned of the consequences of the procedures, noting that pilots, after going through a pat-down, should determine if they are emotionally fit to fly. "The situation has already produced a sexual molestation in alarmingly short order," he said.

* Airlinenightmare.com reported that an American Airlines pilot refused the nude body imaging scan. "It's long past time that policymakers take the steps necessary to exempt commercial pilots from airport security screening and grant designated pilot access," wrote Capt. David Bates.

* At Don'tScan.us, the advanced imaging technology was described as a "strip search." "This technology uses radiation to penetrate a person's clothes and create a nude image of the person. … the TSA considers the images produced … to be 'family friendly.'" It continued, "If you feel that you or your child were inappropriately touched during the enhanced pat-down, call for a law enforcement officer."

* At Stopdigitalstripsearches.org, a coalition of organizations including the American Association of Christian Schools, American Association of Law Libraries, American Conservative Union, American Policy Center, Consumer Action, Consumers Union, Eagle Forum, Free Congress Foundation, Home School Legal Defense Association and dozens more is campaigning to reverse the TSA policy on "devices that photograph American air travelers stripped naked in U.S. airports."

* The Chinese news agency Xinhua reports that Dubai authorities have rejected the full-body scanners as not consistent with national customs and ethics.

* WFTV in Florida reported that travelers at Orlando will soon be required to go through the scanners. "It's just kind of awkward for somebody to see everything on you, you know, your private area and everything like that," traveler Aurea Synder told the station.

* The Washington Post reported the scanners will soon be in use at Dulles International Airport near Washington, D.C. Officials reported 341 of the machines were being used at 67 different airports and another 100 are scheduled for installation soon.

* Officials with the Fiqh Council of North America said the machines are "against the teachings of Islam, natural law and all religions and cultures that stand for decency and modesty. … It is a violation of clear Islamic teachings that men or women be seen naked by other men and women."

* The Guardian reported that in the United Kingdom, the scanners set off alarms over legal bans on the creation of indecent images of children. Those under 18 eventually were exempted from a test project, but there's no such exemption in the U.S.

* One online company even offers a product to be worn under clothing that is designed to protect the wearer's modesty by covering certain parts while going through the scanning process.

Wrote Unger at Smarter Travel.com, "It should surprise no one that we've reached this point. Body scanners have been unpopular since day one, and the TSA's new enhanced pat-downs, which have been likened to molestation and groping, have only increased the public's disdain for the agency.

"The choice between a full-body scanner and an enhanced pat-down is hardly a choice at all, and subjecting innocent citizens to invasive violations of privacy strikes me as an abuse of power. So I'm glad to see gathering opposition to the TSA's policies, and … I certainly encourage frustrated travelers to take part in National Opt-Out Day.

"I'm just glad I'm not flying on the 24th."

In a WND column, Faith2Action chief Janet Porter warned the video strip-searches are a banana peel on a slick slope.

"Voyeuristic equipment has been deployed at airports around the nation that more than violates your privacy – it violates the Constitution as well as child pornography and obscenity laws," she warned. "While the Fourth Amendment doesn't specifically mention 'electronic' strip searches, here's what it does say:

"'The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.'"

All-Africa reported that agents in Nigeria were amusing themselves by watching the nude images of female passengers, and in Miami, a screener who himself went through the screening attacked a colleague after he was ribbed by others who saw his body parts on a scanner.

The scanning already has generated opposition in Congress. There, the U.S. House voted 310-118 in support of an amendment from Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, to prohibit whole-body imaging as a primary screening. However, senators let the plan die.

I listened to the Meg McLain story. These TSA agents appear to treat her like a criminal, and the aggressive pat downs may be to encourage people to walk through the radiation devices to warrant their massive expense.

We know that they screen people and personal baggage, yet they seem to let the cargo shipment on passenger planes get less screening. The recent UPS Yemen situation proves this. So they can grope the American people, but not grope the cargo. Any wonder that terrorists are making that the target?

Such disrespect by many of these people. They need a real customer service training without the bullying tactics. They might need some legal action against them.

Clearly, the TSA and the US government are completely out of control.

Months ago, we told you the full body "backscatter" X-ray screening machines being installed in airports were far more dangerous than the lying scum that sells and installs them in airports claimed.

Apparently, at least one airline union agrees and have advised their members to refuse to go through them.

The catch is that if you don't agree to be irradiated, you must submit to a full body search including the groping of your genitals and this applies to women, children and infants.

There have already been numerous claims of molestation made against TSA employees.

The government and TSA's official response to complaints received: "**** you. We're going to do whatever we want to do."

There's a simple solution to this:

Stop flying and tell the chicken shit morons who run the airlines that you're stopping and why.

Maybe when they see their revenues go down the drain they'll stand up for their customers.

By the way, that piece of human garbage Michael Chertoff who ran Homeland Security under Bush (he managed "relief efforts" for New Orleans after Katrina) is the guy who orchestrated the imposition of these scanners into airports WORLDWIDE and personally profits from it

(CNSNews.com) - The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has issued a travel warning to Muslim airline passengers on U.S. aircraft in response to the Transportation Safety Administration’s "enhanced pat down" policy that went into effect in late October.

CAIR said Muslims who object to full-body scans for religious reasons should know their rights if they are required to undergo a pat-down, including asking for the procedure to be done in a private place. In addition, CAIR offered a “special recommendationâ€

(NaturalNews) The Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) is proceeding with a lawsuit against the TSA over its use of naked body scanners. Filed in the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, EPIC's lawsuit asks for the courts to halt the US government's use of naked body scanners altogether.

EPIC has brought claims under the Administrative Procedure Act, the Privacy Act, the Video Voyeurism Prevention Act, the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, and the Fourth Amendment. (The TSA's naked body scanners and aggressive pat-down techniques violate all these federal laws and Constitutional protections.)

That effort has now been joined by consumer advocate Ralph Nader, who agrees that the TSA's use of naked body scanners must be challenged. EPIC's lawsuit against the TSA alleges that the intrusive pat-downs are used by the TSA as a retaliatory punishment for those passengers who choose to opt out of the body scanners.

The EPIC lawsuit also submits that the capture of naked body scanner images is itself a violation of federal law. Furthermore, there is concern that once those images are captured, they could be swapped by TSA employees because the naked body scanner machines are built with image capture and storage capabilities in addition to Ethernet networking.

At the same time, the pilots union Allied Pilots Association has urged all pilots to reject the naked body scanners and request to opt out, citing health hazards from radiation exposure as well as an assault on the dignity of airline pilots.

Libertarian party endorses EPIC lawsuit against TSA
The Libertarian Party has now officially backed this lawsuit against the TSA. Libertarian Party Chair Mark Hinkle said, "The TSA should end the strip-search machine program immediately. We've reached a point where our government has no qualms about humiliating us. We encourage Americans to call their newly-elected members of Congress and tell them that they don't want this expensive, worthless, intrusive, unconstitutional program."

The Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution says...
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

What part of "unreasonable searches and seizures" does the TSA not understand?

As long as these TSA violations of our Constitutional rights continue, I urge you to avoid traveling by air altogether.

The TSA claims that it is allowed to do ANYTHING without limit, approval or even oversight related to "passenger screening."

That is their official position.

There's a simple solution to all this:

1. Stop flying

2. Stop subjecting your children and other people you are responsible for to groping, molestation and sexual assault by TSA employees

3. Let the airline CEO cowards know why you are not flying

4. If you have to fly the day before Thanksgiving, follow the lead of the air stewards union and opt-out
