DHS is going after EMPLOYERS, So I have ONE QUESTION?????

Will they be arresting all Governors? Governors are allowing every state to hire illegals through State Unemployment Offices.

State Unemployment Offices in the country fill out an I-9 (immigration form).
But they do not use IMAGE and E-Verify to make sure the immigrant can even work much less be in our country.

The State Unemployment Offices are fronts for illegals to be sent into the workplace. The State and Federal Governments have been told about this loophole.

So now the question is, "Are Governors aiding and abetting illegal immigrants?"

Or are the workplace employers breaking the immigration laws?

Why not go after anyone involved with the illegals line of criminal actions? Starting with the politicians (the pro-Amnesty traitors) that have broken our laws to accommodate illegals.

And go after, La Raza and groups in Mexico that educate them about how to use our system, and the guides that get them to US, from the border itself, to illegals themselves for jumping the fence and/or commit document fraud, to welfare and social services fraud. To people that given them housing as well as employers that hire them.

Any and all that help the illegals should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I guess we could not do that as the President and most of his administration would be in jail for aiding and abetting the enemy illegals.

Nonfeasance of office, the refusal to do that which should be done, that is the charge these officials and politicians should be charged with. They took an oath to uphold the law yet they refuse to enforce the law, that is non-performance of office and should be grounds for dismissal and prosecution for refusing to do what they were hired to do!
From Obama, to Napolitano and every gov., mayor and idiot who refuses to enforce the immigration laws as written for their own personal, political or financial gain should be arrested charged and removed from office for Nonfeasance and breaking Federal laws.
Obama says we will suspend work place enforcement of illegal aliens and concentrate on the businesses that hire them, what about suspending the civic officials and politicians who aide and abet the law breaking illegal aliens and encourage them to take U.S. jobs and endanger the public health due to lack of screening?
At the very least ANYONE crossing the border should be screened for disease and criminal history to protect the public, isn't protecting our borders and public health the Main job of government?

Why do we allow them to continue working for us when they refuse to do the jobs we hired them to do? How can we prosecute the purposely inefficient government?
When will we Citizens get Equal protection under the law?
When the government sets aside a group of people that do NOT have to Obey the law they establish a 'Special Class' of people, DEMAND EQUAL PROTECTION, EQUAL RIGHTS, for Citizens too!

I completely agree ELE! These groups that are hell bent on the destruction of America. Luis Gutierrez and all of the other traitors need to be put in jail, then deported to the country of their heritage so they can see just how great our country is, while they live in third world squalor.

ELE "We the People" must keep each other informed and keep growing our base to defeat these traitors of our country and our immigration laws.

vmonkey, IMO the focus on employers is just a smokescreen.

Mark Krikorian of the Center for Immigration Studies says, "Will those illegal immigrants be made to go home or not?" Well, when ICE raided that plant in Washington, Napolitano showed the illegals how to fill out the paper work for their work permits. Combining that info with "Bama's most recent delaying of E-Verify provides a distressing picture of what's actually going to happen.

IMO we should also keep in mind that at his most recent press conference, 'Bama said that there was no need to emphasize programs for the poorest Americans, because a rising tide will raise all boats. I guess someone forgot to tell the Secretary General of the Western World that illegals are responsible for undercutting the poorest Americans. IMO 'Bama is an Open Borders Republican in disguise.

It is not making much sense to me. Go after employers, but give amnesty to illegal employees to testify against the employers? Well, the employers have the money to pay fines into the coffers, and illegals (unless they are drug dealers) won't, partly because the money has already been sent out of the country.
This is not GD either or. This is one problem that should not be dissected into pieces and one piece addressed at a time to solve the entire problem.
