Actually what hes reporting is 100% accurate. I was able to see the teleprompter he showed in this clip when I was there. And the sound was dulled down on the no's by the actual main cameras. It couldve only went two ways. Dismiss the rule or close enough to call for an actual vote. This should be a shining example that candidates are already set. Freedom of choice? Yeah right.
