Thread: Driver Charged with Vehicular Homicide of Teen Pedestrian

NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Police said three people were walking on the sidewalk when a car veered off the road in a South Nashville neighborhood killing one of them who was just 15-years-old.
Police are charging the driver with vehicular homicide by intoxication, two counts of vehicular homicide, and one count of leaving the scene of a fatal crash.
Investigators say Alexis Lopez-Rodriguez was driving down Tusculum Road just after midnight when he hit the three who were on a sidewalk in front of his home.
Kevin Bautista died in the crash. His 14-year-old brother and a 16-year-old friend were both hurt. They're at Vanderbilt Medical Center.
Investigators are now trying to figure out if Lopez-Rodriguez intentionally hit those teenagers. Police said Lopez-Rodriguez got out of his car, went home and had his father drive him to Southern Hills Medical Center. He did not stop help the teenagers and did not call police.
A neighbor called police about the crash.

He wants to get to the hospital, but screw the victims! Daddy ought to be charged with aiding and abetting after the fact! The driver was concerned with himself, but neither he nor his father were concerned in the least for the people sonny boy MOWED down.

So, where were those "family values" the invader lovers are constanly shoving down our throats? Guess they only apply for other invaders...
