The sister of a couple who was killed during the El Paso mass-shooting last weekend has blasted Democratic politicians for politicizing the tragedy, calling them "pure evil" for blaming President Donald Trump for the attack.

Vibora (Deborah) Anchondo, whose brother and his wife were among the 22 people killed, says Democrats who are attempting to block President Trump from visiting the Texas city are "monsters" for "using the tragic event to push their political agenda.

"Jordan and Andre Anchondo died shielding their infant son from gunfire inside the El Paso Walmart where the gunman opened fire last Saturday.

Supporters have set up a GoFundMe campaign to raise money to care for the couple’s three orphaned children.

Trump is visiting both El Paso and Dayton, Ohio on Wednesday, in the wake of tragic shootings in both cities.

During his visit, the president wishes to pass on condolences to those affected and give praise to the first responders.

In a televised address on Monday, Trump condemned the white supremacy behind the El Paso attack.

In her post, she tells of the “pure evil” Democratic politicians who have repeatedly told the media that Trump is not welcome in the community to eschew politics not to transform a tragic event “into a political issue.”

“It’s such a shame that two of our local politicians (I refuse to say their names as they don’t deserve it) are saying that our President is not welcome on Wednesday,” Anchondo wrote on Facebook.

“I cannot believe how these monsters are using the tragic event to push their political agenda.”

“I lost my brother and sister-in-law on Saturday. My family and I are living a horrible nightmare. "

The visit from our President will be more than comforting to my family.

"He will not be here for a political agenda. "

The two monsters from El Paso, who do not deserve to be mentioned by name nor even the nicknames I have for them, are just pure evil.

"My brother’s body was still laying at Walmart on Saturday night when they decided to make this into a political issue and push their agenda by blaming our President for this.

"Rather than focusing on the situation and the individual who destroyed the lives of many, these evil people selfishly turned this into a political war. "

Several Texas Democrats who are blaming Trump for the for shooting because of his comments on illegal immigration say Trump has no business coming to El Paso.

Former Texas Congressman and Democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke has repeatedly said in both television interviews and on his Twitter account that Trump is responsible for the massacre.

Early Wednesday, he tweeted again that “22 people in my hometown are dead after an act of terror inspired by your racism.

"El Paso will not be quiet and neither will I.”

The mom of the suspected gunman in the El Paso, Texas mass-shooting last Saturday, that left 22 people dead and many more injured, says she called police weeks before the attack over concerns about her son's new gun.

According to attorneys for the suspected shooter, 21-year-old Patrick Crusius, the mother called the police to ask questions about the weapon but didn't report a crime or threat.

According to investigators, Crusius allegedly opened fire inside a crowded Walmart in the Texas city on Saturday with an AK-47-style rifle.

The Crusius family's lawyer, Chris Ayres, told The Associated Press the mom contacted the Allen Police Department concerning misgivings she had about a rifle her son had.

An El Paso police spokesperson said Tuesday the suspect surrendered by getting out of his car with his hands raised after being confronted roughly a quarter-mile from the store.

Officials said he confessed to an officer on a motorcycle that he was the shooter.

Crusius was booked on capital murder charges.

The El Paso district attorney said his office will seek the death penalty against the suspect, and federal authorities are investigating the massacre as domestic terrorism.
