    Elderly man charged with molesting girl

    MANATEE - An elderly man has been arrested on a warrant on a charge he molested a girl six years ago, according to a Manatee County Sheriff's Office report.

    Deputies arrested Emilio Lopez, 84, on a charge of lewd and lascivious molestation Thursday.

    A sheriff's report said in 2002, the girl, whose age was not listed, claimed Lopez molested her and offered her money to keep doing it. Lopez denied the allegations. He was being held in the Manatee County jail on $10,000 bond.

    If not this could have been STOPPED at the border!
    Nonfeasance of office, the refusal to do that which should be done. Officials do not enforce the law, grounds for dismissal and prosecution for refusing to do what they were hired to do!
