On Wednesday, the Senate Judiciary Committee met to question Attorney General Eric Holder about his decision to prosecute Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four others in criminal courts rather than military tribunals. As the father of Todd Beamer, who died on United Airlines Flight 93, I was able to attend that hearing. What transpired caused me great concern and shook my confidence in our current administration.....

This is beyond upsetting. The events of 9/11 weren't enough? This is like murdering our hearts and spirits all over again just so obama can show his Muslim extremists that he supports them and not us. High treason.

By these actions, Holder isn't putting the terrorists on trial so much as putting the Bush administration on trial. It's not baffling at all, it's all about embarrassing an ex-president.

He intends to expose CIA operatives still in the field. This is really about destroying the CIA as well as the former administration. I hope the judge is smart enough to see threw this and not allow Classified Information be entered into evidence or entered into public record.
