Thread: IF THERE'S NO BAILOUT....WHAT WILL HAPPEN?

Please explain to me what will happen if there is no bailout? I'm really confused about this! I feared the illegal aliens would bring this country down, but I didn't know how or when, and that it would be through our own banking systems! How stupid and greedy can we be? I'm so upset, angry, confused, and worried about the future of this country!

BANKERS WILL HAVE TO SELL THEIR WORTHLESS PAPER ON THE OPEN MARKET FOR PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR INSTEAD OF SELLING IT TO TAXPAYERS FOR MORE MONEY THAN THEY COULD GET FOR IT ON THE OPEN MARKET.

I don't understand exactly what will happen.

It seems there were demonstrations in NY by the people who work in the industry - against the bail out.

Now I'm thinking if those people were against the bail out - they aren't afraid of total collapse without it. If the workers in the industry think they will fare better without a bailout - as in having a job - I'm thinking it couldn't be that disastrous.

The only one I have heard actually talk about the 'what if we don't' is Ron Paul and he says it will be bad times for a year - but if we get the bail out it will be bad times for about 10 years.

Today, Congress is thinking of adding the amendment to let us take $1000 home mortgage off on the 1040 tax form.

This needs to be changed to CREDIT CARD DEBT INSTEAD OF HOME MORTGAGE.

People who do the long schedule for tax would not get any advantage of this Bail Out.

If this does pass we need to be telling these people what the PEOPLE WANT.

I AGREE. I SAY NO...NO MATTER WHAT THEY ADD.

I AM TIRED OF THE AVERAGE WORKING AMERICAN GETTING PEANUTS WHILE THE ELITE GET A BIG THICK STEAK....AND WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THE STEAK.
